<div>Our new landlord is trying to evict the long standing housing co-operative so that she can start a healing retreat centre in our place. From the very start, we have asked Rachel to work with us, to try to find a way where we can share this very special land and work together. She has refused. Now, she is taking us to court to try to gain possession of the land. We want to stand our ground, whilst holding space open for her to choose the path of dialogue and connection.

<div>If you donate, your money will be used by us, the Brithdir Mawr Housing Co-operative (BMHC), in helping us to stand our ground at Brithdir Mawr against an attempted possession claim in court and potential eviction process. We are being measured in our use of funds for legal advice, however, robust legal support is expensive. This is a complicted situation and requires legal specialists.
