<div>I am putting this fundraiser together for my Father, Timothy John Blake, and my mother Wenona Lynn, and for my Grandfather Ron Adcock.

<div>Our family has been through a rough time...for a long time.
</div>

<div>My Father was always a hardworking blue-collar man, he always gave his all for his Family, working long-hard hours to provide.
</div>
<div>I myself relocated back to Mt Vernon from Peoria to help care for him, but unfortunately with in the process of starting new business in Music, i haven't been able to Provide for him the way he always did for me...
</div>
<div>My Dad, being the wonderful man of Christ that he is....has been fighting this for a long time.
</div>

<div>Aug 8th 2023...was the day of heartbreak. When he was Diagnosed with Stage 3 Bladder Cancer...
</div>
<div>It was a blow to the entire Family. This strong resilient man...was just faced with an a horrible foe..
</div>
<div>He had just started working at Continental Tire, so we thank the good Lord that he was able to have helpful Insurance to get him through the medical expenses.
</div>
<div>That being said, kept working, even if was aggressive and rapidly spreading.
</div>

<div>It was knocking him down quickly....
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They had to leave their home due to the loss in finances, and they wanted to help care for my moms mother, who had Alzheimer's and was rapidly degenerating. Get her out of the nursing home, and come together as a family united, and be there for each other.
</div>
<div>She passed on March 14th of this Year.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They had to move back in with my Moms Father, Ron. God Bless the man that he is. Being such a Devoted man of Faith and Offering his home during these dark times.
</div>
<div>Why I personally left my home so quickly in Peoria, and come and spend as much time as I possibly can with them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We became a small family that was once spread out...to being on a small united front as we helped stand by his side through this.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They started him on Chemo in October of 2023, for 3 months and then started him on 32 rounds of Radiation.
</div>
<div>My father has been through the ringer these past 2 Years, After chemo and radiation He had to have his Bladder removed March 8th. They also had to remove his Prostate, an atrophic Kidney, and 6 lymph nodes.
</div>
<div>They then started him on Immunotherapy in May.
</div>

<div>They had to stop immunotherapy in December due to bad side-effects.
</div>
<div>During this these times He was employed and working, and this is when he had to Leave work on medical leave on Dec. 2nd.
</div>

</div>
<div>The cancer was in clear for a short time.
</div>
<div>In December, the Doctors informed us the cancer had fused to the Bone in his Spine and Pelvic bone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They switched to a different immunotherapy for 6 months, which had to be stopped due to more bad side effects, Such as his binary duct walls thickening and cutting off ability for the bile to leave the liver to the gallbladder.
</div>
<div>He has in spent countless nights in the hospital throughout all of this Journey, Many long, painful sleepless nights.
</div>
<div>My poor Mother, being the the Devoted woman she is, has stood beside this entire time. Spending many of those nights in the Hospital with him.
</div>

<div>This Cancer has knocked our family down in a lot of way. Not just financially, but emotionally...mentally...and spiritually in ways. It has been a big test for each and every one of us....and we have grown strong in Spirit through a lot of it, but we still acknowledge our struggles...as we have been financially exhausted throughout all of it.
</div>

<div>My Farther was just in Good Samaritan, the last 2 week of August 2025. He wasn't able to have bowel movements anymore. He laid in that Hospital bed for 2 weeks, awaiting a transfer to Barnes in STL. To have his Gallbladder removed, which was poisoning him. 2 weeks, and not a single move was made. We kept hearing *No Beds* *No Beds* every time we would ask. No one wanted to be responsibile...no one wanted to Help. The Doctors didn't even want to entertain sending him to a different Hospital that may have the Surgeon they would need.

<div>I still remember my mother...coming to me. I Do music, and content creation for the Glory of God, and was on a live talk with people...she came to me in absolute Tears...my strong mother has Broke with a Phone call from a Doctor..
</div>

<div>He gave my father 7 days.
</div>
<div>7 Day of Life.
</div>
<div>Saying a New Cancer has came, and completely took over his Liver.
</div>
<div>I remember coming into the Hospital and hearing that Doctor tell my father how much time he had left...and how he wanted him on a cocktail of drugs, and wanted him to remain in the Hospital for the remainder of his days.
</div>

<div>I interjected...if this was true..and he only had 7 days left...I told him i believe my father would want to be home. Home with his family, surrounded by loved ones who cared about him. My mother and Father agreed.
</div>
<div>The Doctor choose to argue saying that's what he wants to, but he wanted dad on this pain regime first, and he had to meet certain requires before he would allow him to leave.
</div>

<div>in that moment i asked my Father if he was sound of mind, and could comprehend. He said yes.
</div>
<div>I let him know then and there, If he so choose to leave that hospital. He could. He did not need the Doctors permission. He understood. I looked at the Doctor and Told him that whatever happens will be the Lords will, not his.
</div>
<div>The doctor got upset with me and left the room. How professional...
</div>

<div>Either way, my father prayed, and prayed, and prayed. He decided to come home, and be with his family. Putting his faith back into the Lords Hands.
</div>

</div>
<div>We are past the death sentence given to us by the Doctor. Praise the Lord...
</div>
<div>But we are still struggling, my fathers Birthday is on Sep 14, and we are trying to get all the family together. To celebrate him, and be there for him. To help relieve some of the stress of Food, and the daily necessities. The day-to -day living that has just been slowing draining away at the savings.
</div>

<div>We want to give him the absolute best we can for him ...
</div>

</div>
<div>We just don't have the means financially after this draining journey of courage...and faith.
</div>
<div>We aren't ones to ask for help...we always came together as a family and pulled through our challenges..
</div>
<div>But i come to you today...to Pray for my Father...Pray for my Family please.
</div>

<div>My Grandfather Ron, had just lost his Wife, and now has had to watch his beloved son-in-law wither away in front of his eyes... all while battling his own Ailments. He is in the Hospital as I type this up now, for serious infection from a snake bite.

<div>I just don't know where else to turn anymore...
</div>
<div>I can only turn to God,

<div>I felt compelled to reach out to the community...
</div>

<div>The medical field has been terrible to my father, they have fallen short for him in many ways.

<div>As you consider supporting my dad’s journey through cancer, I ask you first to pause and bring this before the Lord in prayer. James 1:5 encourages us: “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.” Take a moment now—quiet your heart, seek His guidance, and ask Him to show you how He would have you give.

<div>Scripture reminds us that giving flows from a willing heart:
</div>
<div>• 2 Corinthians 9:7: “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

<div>• Proverbs 3:5–6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”

<div>As you pray, ask God to lead you into the level of generosity He desires for you. Every gift—large or small—will help cover medical bills, treatments, and the daily needs that come with this battle. More than financial support, your prayers sustain my dad’s spirit: for strength on tough days, for peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7), and for healing according to God’s perfect will.
