<div>Back in June, <strong>Lizzie fell off a zip-lining platform at her summer job, requiring extensive immediate surgery.</strong> She was in the ICU, then the hospital, and is now in physical rehab. While insurance is involved, the family is still facing a substantial financial burden. Along with the medical bills, there's housing for her parents to be there at the facility in Nebraska, the lost work for Paul, who's self-employed, and the travel expenses, among other things.
