Just two weeks before this tragedy, Andrew found strength in his faith at Chapel of Change in Carson, California where he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We hold onto the promise of 2 Corinthians 5:8, which assures us that Andrew is now in the arms of our Savior.
