<div>We are the siblings and parents of Christophe and Stefanie Larue.

<div>With the abundant requests asking how to help or contribute, we have decided to create this GoFundMe account on their behalf.

<div>Since her diagnosis with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Stefanie has been in the hospital since November 1st, meanwhile Christophe has been on unpaid leave from work, caring for Stefanie and their 17 month old baby. 
</div>
<div>These funds will be utilized to assist in the on-going medical bills and month to month expenses (mortgage, child care, gas for frequent hospital visits, car payments, etc).
</div>

<div>We will continue to update you on Stefanie’s progress. As of today, it has been more than 10 days of chemotherapy. She is on the donor list for a Bone Marrow Transplant Match, please see the link below to register for your kit to see if you are a match!

<div>“Over the last several days, my wife Stefanie has faced some of the most unimaginable challenges anyone can be presented.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Some typical first trimester pregnancy symptoms quickly escalated into an ER visit, where she needed to undergo lifesaving emergency surgery due to an ectopic pregnancy. She suffered some internal bleeding, but thankfully is still alive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>During this ordeal, her blood work was being further evaluated because her blood platelets were extremely low.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After lots of blood draws and testing, she was hit with even more difficult news that she has Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Due to the aggressive nature of AML, the team treating her wanted to act quickly, and the chemotherapy treatments have already began as of November 7th.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’ve been overwhelmed by the support of dear friends and family over the last few days and are so lucky to have so many of you by our side and rooting for Stefanie and our little family.
</div>

<div>I have been completely blown away by Stefanie’s strength, resiliency, determination, spirit and faith. We have no choice but to beat this cancer and live a long, happy life together.
