<div>Dear friends, family, the university community, and the global esports world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As Roberto’s family, we are reaching out to you with heavy hearts. Our beloved Roberto "Strai" Guallichico recently suffered a serious scooter accident. As many of you know, Roberto is a dedicated scholarship athlete and a proud competitor in collegiate League of Legends.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Right now, Roberto is in a delicate condition in the Intensive Care Unit in Memphis, Tennessee. He suffered a severe head injury that caused swelling in his brain, along with fractures to his skull and jaw. Doctors are closely monitoring his condition, and he is being kept on very strong sedative drugs to avoid any complications from movement. His recovery will be long and uncertain, making his family appreciate your support right now more than ever.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The funds raised will go directly toward his mounting medical expenses, maintaining his current housing, and covering daily living expenses.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This unexpected tragedy has left our family facing overwhelming financial burdens as we focus entirely on his recovery. During this incredibly difficult time, every day brings new challenges.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For years, Roberto dedicated his life to competitive League of Legends, inspiring players across Ecuador, Latin America, and beyond. Through hard work, determination, and an unwavering passion for the game, he built a career that made his country proud.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Roberto made history as the first Ecuadorian player to win the League of Legends Latin American League. He later represented Latin America on the international stage, competing in South Korea against some of the world's best teams. Throughout his career, he played for respected organizations and earned the admiration of teammates, fans, and the esports community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After a successful professional career in Latin America, Roberto continued pursuing his passion for esports by competing for the University of Mississippi, where he actively represents the university in collegiate League of Legends.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether you followed his professional career, watched his streams, or simply knew him as a passionate member of the gaming community, you know how much he has given to esports and to those around him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, Roberto is facing the toughest challenge of his life. As he fights to recover, the community that has supported and cheered for him throughout his career now has the opportunity to stand beside him in his hardest battle.
