Most of you don't know, but over the last 2 years, I have been battling with End Stage Renal failure or Chronic Kidney disease, stage 4. It has become more aggressive and has reduced my kidney function to less than 10%

<div>My family and I have been truly going through some tough situations during this trying time in my life. I am currently going to dialysis 3 times a week, which has reduced my ability to be the provider I have always been for my family. The silver lining in all of this is the potential kidney transplant at the Ochsner clinic in New Orleans.

<div>My family and I are reaching out to you for your financial support to help assist us with things that insurance and the national Kidney foundation will not cover, from medical bills to Dr. visits, travel expenses, and hotel stays for checkups and processing for transplant.
