<div>The current and previous workers at Real You Electrolysis are organizing together as the Gender-Affirming Care Workers Alliance (GACWA) under IWW 610 to pursue a path forward to creating a successful worker cooperative that fills the hole RYE is leaving behind.

<div>The funds raised here will be used to create stability for the workers impacted by RYE's sudden closure, as well as pave the way forward for a new worker cooperative for gender-affirming care by providers from the community.

<div>RYE may be closing its doors, but the workers are not turning their backs on you. We do need this support, though, if we want to make this happen.
