Farming and agriculture are our lifeline, and Napa County is taking that away.

<div>Napa County's gross regulatory overreach is making it impossible to survive as small family wineries without large financial backing.

<div>Several Napa small, family owned wineries are suing Napa County in federal court in San Francisco to address long standing violations of constitutional rights. The claims brought by the wineries are detailed and far reaching. They explain:
