Hello, I’m Nandi. I’m 31 years old and have had some health issues that have now left me and my family in a financial issue. About 3-4 years ago, I was diagnosed with PseudoTumor Cerebri, also known as idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. This brain disorder causes continual cerebral spinal fluid buildup on my brain with nowhere to drain, so I suffer from daily debilitating migraines and vision issues. I have now lost my vision in my left eye and will need two surgeries to help with getting me back to some form of normalcy. Over the years, I’ve tried various treatment options, and it has led to me needing brain surgery and an eye transplant with no guarantee of my vision fully returning to my left eye. My partner has now become my full-time caregiver while also being a full-time mother to our children. Now, with being labeled as disabled, I am no longer able to work as I will be undergoing brain surgery soon. I’m asking that you all help in any way possible with assisting me and my family offset the cost of bills, household and medical expenses, and also relocating so I can receive better treatment. No amount is too small. We are forever grateful for your prayers, calls, and texts
