<div>On Wednesday, Monica, Peter, and their son Eben faced an unimaginable loss when their home of 15 years was destroyed in the Altadena fires. While we are incredibly grateful they evacuated safely, they were unable to save their belongings, leaving them to start from scratch.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Altadena has been their sanctuary—a place filled with cherished memories and connections. Now, as they and their neighbors face this devastating tragedy, we are reaching out to our community with heartfelt humility, asking for your support to help them rebuild their lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your donations will go toward:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Replacing essential items such as clothing, toiletries, and household basics
</li>
<li>Securing temporary housing
</li>
<li>Covering insurance co-pays and costs not covered by their policy
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This loss has shaken us all, but together, we can make a difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your kindness—whether through a donation, a share, or spreading the word—means the world to this family.
</div>

<div>The Koskey-Kaiser family has always embodied love, kindness, and community. Now, it’s our turn to support them. Every gesture, big or small, brings them closer to regaining stability and hope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with Monica, Peter, and Eben.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This campaign is organized by Sonia, a close friend of the family, on their behalf.
