<div>We don’t just post stories. We<strong> create a record. </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>We the People shine a light on alleged court misconduct, alleged fraud, and due process violations. ⚖️</strong>
</div>
<div>When systems operate in <strong>silence, insiders are protected </strong>— and families and individuals pay the price.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi,<strong> I’m Meg </strong>
</div>
<div>I’ve worked very, very hard to build Stand With Meg — not overnight, not with shortcuts. I built it by showing up every day, telling the truth, doing the work, and refusing to be silent.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now that I’ve earned the reach — 200,000+ followers across platforms and an email list of 4,000+ subscribers — I want to use it for what matters most: <strong>❤️ Helping families and individuals who are being crushed by the courts but don’t have the money or power to be heard.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong> IMPORTANT (Please read)</strong>
</div>
<div>Donations do <strong>NOT go directly to families or applicants as cash assistance.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>This fundraiser supports </strong>Stand With Meg so I can keep doing the work it takes to document, produce, publish, and distribute <strong>Courtroom Truth Spotlights™ </strong>responsibly.
</div>
<div>Donations are general sponsorships for this project and are not earmarked for any specific applicant unless I explicitly confirm it in writing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>In other words: this fund fuels the megaphone — so more stories can be told safely, clearly, and publicly</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What this supports (ALL courts) ⚖️</strong>
</div>
<div>This fund supports stories involving family court, civil court, criminal court, juvenile court, probate, and administrative systems — any court process where power is being abused, due process is being ignored, or people are being harmed financially and emotionally.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is about exposing patterns, documenting due process violations, and shining light on alleged misconduct the public never sees.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What this fundraiser does </strong>
</div>
<div>Court battles break people financially. Many are choosing between legal fees, bills, and basic survival.
</div>
<div><strong>This GoFundMe exists </strong>so families and individuals who can’t afford visibility can still be seen — through documentation + distribution.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>✅ Each $297 raised funds <strong>ONE full Foundation Spotlight package </strong>for an approved story.
</div>
<div><strong>It creates a public, searchable documentation record.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>(<strong>Again: applicants do not receive cash </strong>— they receive a full Spotlight package produced and distributed by Stand With Meg.)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What a Sponsored Spotlight includes.</strong>
</div>
<div>Each Spotlight package includes:
</div>
<ul>
<li><strong> 2-Minute Video Spotlight </strong>Vertical, edited, caption-ready for maximum reach.
</li>
<li><strong>Public SEO Blog Post</strong> A structured timeline with searchable keywords designed to index on Google.
</li>
<li><strong> Email Broadcast </strong>Prepared and sent to my subscriber list with a clear call-to-action.
</li>
<li><strong>️ Protection-First Publishing</strong> Minors are referenced by initials only. Sensitive details are redacted.
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why GoFundMe?</strong>
</div>
<div>I’m using GoFundMe for sponsorships because it keeps this fund:
</div>
<div>✅ Publicly trackable
</div>
<div>✅ Transparent
</div>
<div>✅ Easy to share
</div>
<div>✅ Powerful for momentum
</div>
<div><strong>This isn’t just fundraising. It’s community protection. ️</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Goal </strong>
</div>
<div>Goal: Sponsor 25 stories
</div>
<div>Each Spotlight package = $297
</div>
<div><strong>Every time this fund reaches another $297… we unlock the next Spotlight.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How stories are selected?</strong>
</div>
<div>Families and individuals may apply for sponsored consideration. Applications are reviewed personally.
</div>
<div><strong>Not every case is accepted </strong>(for safety, clarity, and protection-first publishing).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>If an applicant is not selected:</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>No funds are assigned to that person</strong>, and donations remain in the general sponsorship fund to support other approved Spotlights.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Where the money goes (please read) </strong>
</div>
<div>Donations do <strong>NOT </strong>go directly to families/applicants as cash assistance.
</div>
<div>Donations fund Stand With Meg’s production work and operating costs required to create and distribute each Spotlight.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Each $297 Spotlight package supports:</strong>
</div>
<ul>
<li>Video production/editing + captioning
</li>
<li>Writing + formatting an SEO blog timeline + publishing
</li>
<li>Website publishing, hosting, and platform tools
</li>
<li>Email distribution + admin processing
</li>
<li>Protection-first redactions + documentation cleanup
</li>
<li>Research, organization, and verification steps needed to publish responsibly
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Transparency promise </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>I will post monthly public updates showing:</strong>
</div>
<ul>
<li>how many Spotlights were funded and published, and
</li>
<li>general spending categories (labor, software, hosting, admin).
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>If the project pauses ⏸️</strong>
</div>
<div>If this project is paused, remaining funds will be used to complete already-approved Spotlights and cover essential hosting/tools needed to publish them, consistent with the purpose of this fundraiser.
</div>
<div><strong>Paid Spotlights are coming soon .</strong>
</div>
<div>If you want to purchase a <strong>Spotlight directly,</strong> that option is coming soon.
</div>
<div>People will be able to choose tiers based on turnaround time (3, 7, or 14 days) and availability.
</div>
<div><br />
