<div>Mark Gudzak has been courageously living with ALS for several years. As the disease progresses, his healthcare needs—and the costs associated with them—continue to grow. Mark now requires more specialized care, equipment, and support to maintain his quality of life and comfort at home.

<div>Mark grew up in East Brunswick, where he was a football player and wrestler. He went on to marry Liza, his high school sweetheart and the love of his life. Together, they have shared 36 wonderful years of marriage and raised four incredible sons.

<div>If you know Mark, you know he is the definition of selfless. He’s a devoted husband, a loving father, and a pillar of the East Brunswick community. For years, Mark dedicated countless volunteer hours to local youth sports, mentoring kids and bringing people together through his passion and leadership.

<div>Now, Mark needs our help and he would never ask for himself. Whether you know him as a coach, a neighbor, or a lifelong friend, you’ve likely felt the impact of his kindness and generosity.
