<div>My name is Heath, and I’m setting this up for my brother Kenny—with the support of our sisters, Timberly and Angela, who have been incredible throughout this journey.

<div>About three weeks ago, Kenny went to the ENT doctor after being referred by his dentist. What started as a routine check turned into life-changing news: <strong>he was diagnosed with squamous cell cancer, with a large tumor on his right tonsil and cancer already in at least one lymph node in his neck.</strong> Doctors are still running tests to determine if it’s spread elsewhere.

<div>Kenny has already undergone surgery for biopsies and aspirations, and within the next two weeks, he begins 7 weeks of daily radiation treatments combined with chemotherapy. The doctors have been honest: it’s going to be tough. There will be good days, but also some really hard ones.

<div>But if you know Kenny, you know this: cancer messed with the wrong guy. He’s determined to not just fight, but to win. He’s fighting for his family, his friends, his students, his team—and especially his three kids, who mean the world to him.

<div>“I have so much to fight for. Family. Friends. A group of boys at school that I require to fight daily. I’ve just adopted a bunch of girls I’m excited to coach. But most importantly, I have 3 babies of my own that I will NEVER give up on. I WILL be here for them for a long time. I have 2 more high school graduations, 3 college graduations, 3 weddings, grandbabies, and so many beautiful memories left to make. Sorry, not sorry, cancer—you better pack a lunch, because this ole boy ain’t gonna lose this battle. I WILL WIN!”
