Stand with Jessica in Her Health Battle

Just a quick update for everyone following along. Jessica has been in the hospital for 27 days now (since June 18th). She still has a feeding tube, and although her pancreas has shrank a bit, it is still very inflamed and considered necrotizing. She has scans every few days to check the status, and she has been able to take a few bites of food by mouth these past couple days.

I am writing on behalf of my sister, Jessica VanMunster. She has been hospitalized in Homestead, Florida for two weeks now. She went to the ER with severe stomach pains, chest pains and uncontrollable vomiting. She was diagnosed with Necrotizing Pancreatitis, due to gallstones. It is unknown how long she will remain hospitalized, and she has had a feeding tube placed to get some nourishment into her body.

Her husband, Michael has been by her side each night, sleeping at the hospital, and he goes to work as a Commercial Fisherman as often as the weather allows. Jessica was his best employee on their boat, as she drove the skiff for him, and now he has to pay extra for additional help on the boat.

This GoFundMe will hopefully alleviate a little of the stress on the family while Jessica is hospitalized for an undetermined period of time. Any donations will be used towards medical bills, groceries and utility bills.
