<div>At just 38 years old, Jasmine has already faced more than most do in a lifetime. She is the devoted mom of an incredible 8-year-old boy who lives with a rare genetic condition known as ATR-X syndrome. Her son is medically complex, nonverbal, and requires around-the-clock care. Jasmine has never wavered in her commitment to him — fighting tirelessly for his health, rights, and dignity. Her strength and love have been nothing short of inspiring.

<div>A couple of years ago, Jasmine was diagnosed with cancer. Through sheer resilience and hope, she fought her way into remission, determined to be there for her son. But tragically, that cancer has returned, and it has now spread to her brain.

<div>Jasmine has made the incredibly brave decision to begin hospice care. In this heartbreaking moment, her focus remains on what it has always been: making sure her son is safe, supported, and loved — no matter what lies ahead.
