At Arnold's Environmental Services, we’re more than a team—we’re a family. This holiday season, we’re rallying behind one of our own, Harry, who has been a dedicated employee and cherished part of our team for the past 10 years. Harry’s commitment to his work and family is unwavering, but as of recently, his life has brought some extraordinary challenges.

During Harry's tenure with Arnolds, He and his wife selflessly opened their hearts and home to care full-time for their newborn granddaughter, Kayla, who is now 20 months old. Last week Tuesday, Harry’s wife underwent a procedure that took an unfortunate turn and is now hospitalized in a medically induced coma, leaving Harry to do his best to juggle caring for his granddaughter while staying strong for his wife.

Despite these hardships, Harry shows up to work every day with dedication, perseverance, and a kind attitude. His ability to show this kind of love, strength, and resilience during such a difficult time is part of the reason why Harry is so loved and enjoyed by all his co-workers. His fellow drivers, management, yard team and office staff all seem to have a special relationship with Harry.
