<p>My name is Selina Black, my brother, Harold, was one of the 3 men that lost their life in Panama City Beach Friday evening. A group of 6 cousins and friends went to PCB for a quick, weekend getaway. They had just arrived Friday, went into the water and was swept up in a Rip Current. All 3 were pulled from the ocean and after ferocious attempts from medical personnel Harold, a cousin, and a family friend were pronounced deceased. Harold was a loving Father of 2 children, a boy and a girl. This was all so unexpected and hit the family hard. We will appreciate any and all donations to help with transporting Harold from Florida back home to Alabama and his memorial service. Unfortunately, he did not have any insurance. Thank you!
