</div>

<div>During a security operation in Addis Ababa, Fanuel sustained serious physical injuries, particularly to his lower limb, requiring hospitalization, immobilization, and ongoing rehabilitation. He is currently unable to work and faces mounting medical and living expenses. 

</div>
