<div>Many of you know me as a distinguished basketball player, an elite high school basketball coach, and an athletics director for over a decade. Throughout my career, my passion and commitment was focused on helping students and coaches reach their full potential through athletics. One of my proudest achievements was developing a high school athletics program from the ground up, transforming it into the powerhouse it is today.

<div>Two years ago I was unjustly <a href="https://gaycitynews.com/lesbian-athletic-director-grace-school-manhattan-school-discrimination/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">demoted</a> from my position as the Athletics Director. After that, I applied to numerous teaching and administrative positions in my field, but I faced rejection every time and continue to do so.

<div>I initially felt completely lost and uncertain trying to navigate these uncharted waters. However, I eventually identified a solution to a common issue for coaches and employers that I could help solve. I put my energy into building a tech platform as a startup entrepreneur.

I worked tirelessly, utilizing my retirement savings, and successfully launched my product in August.
