Hello all you may know me , if not I’m Melissa. My daughter Ciara just graduated high school last year. She has been in IEP all through out school, she was also bullied through out school, for being shy and wouldn’t take up for herself. She has never been in trouble before, now! My daughter was put in a very stressful situation! I can not say much about the case as of right now, but do not mind explaining it to anyone who asks, within reason! Because of this situation she was put in she is now being held in a detention center where she is scared, and does not understand.
