<div>Our Fire Chief, Tim Sendelbach, has faithfully served our community with professionalism, integrity, and dedication. Under his leadership, our fire department has strengthened training standards, improved public safety services, and built a culture centered on accountability and excellence.

<div>On January 28, 2026, Chief Sendelbach was placed on paid administrative leave by the Loveland Fire Rescue Authority (LFRA) Board. To date, the Board has not publicly stated the reasons for pursuing his termination.

</div>

<div>While the LFRA Board has the backing of taxpayer-funded resources, Chief Sendelbach must personally fund his legal defense. Ensuring fair representation requires experienced, high-quality legal counsel and that comes at a significant cost.

<div>This fundraiser is about fairness, due process, and standing behind a leader who has stood behind us.

<div>Chief Sendelbach has dedicated his career to protecting our families, homes, and businesses. Now it is our turn to support him. Your donation will go directly toward securing excellent legal representation so he can defend his name, his career, and the principles of transparency and accountability.

<div>Let’s come together as a community to support Chief Sendelbach during this challenging time.
