This way we can avoid multiple transfer fees and the family receives as much of the donations as possible. Alaa and I will keep this page updated with receipts, updates, and photos (where safe and appropriate) to ensure full transparency. <div>My name is Alaa Al-Farra. I am 22 years old and a fifth-year medical student from Gaza. I’ve always dreamed of becoming a doctor — a dream I was working hard to achieve. But due to the ongoing war, I’ve been forced to put my education on hold and devote my time to helping the injured and displaced in my community.

<div>I come from a large family of 13 — nine sisters, two younger brothers, and my parents. Our home was destroyed during the war, and we now live in a tent.

<div>We are facing extremely harsh conditions: severe food shortages, a suffocating siege, skyrocketing prices, and the collapse of essential services. Displacement, poor internet access, constant fear, and the daily struggle for survival have made continuing my medical education incredibly difficult.

<div>I am reaching out with hope — hope that someone out there might help me resume my studies and support my family in living with dignity during these unimaginably hard times. I still believe in a better future, and I pray this war ends soon.
