I am a 50-year-old survivor of the 9/11 attacks. Unfortunately, I have been through so much. I have had to have a pacemaker, multiple neck surgeries, and have been battling a rare blood cancer which is steadily getting worse. Unfortunately, the medical bills have been piling up, and just trying to make ends meet every month and pay the medical co-pays is getting very overwhelming. I am trying to stay positive, especially for my family and my puppy that we adopted from a rescue shelter. Sometimes it is hard to stay positive, but I'm hoping with the help from some kind people like you, it will help ease some of the medical payment concerns.
