<div>I’m a single mom raising 3 kids alone. I had little man 1 1/2 years ago, late in life. I started all over for a man that I believed truly deserved it and was going to stick by my side through thick and thin. Our little man was born with significant medical problems, so I had to leave my job in order to be home and care for him, as no daycare would accept him. In January of this year, his dad decided to up and walk out on us with no warning and no time for me to react. He took all of our money and resources with him. I had to make some extremely hard choices and sacrifices, but we were able to relocate to Arizona from Washington to live with family so that I could get back on my feet. I hit the ground running and was able to find a job in just 2 days. Family has been helping with little man so that I can work. Sadly, since being in Arizona, we have discovered the full extent of what we are dealing with medically. The first surgery was not successful in helping him. We are now moving forward to another surgery, possibly after we take the steps to see what we can do for him next. He requires 24/7 care and constant monitoring. We are in and out of the doctors, hospitals, and therapy. We are just trying to survive at this point. I was left with an immense amount of debt by my ex and trying to pay it off. Now he’s been going after me in court for custody of my son and to order my son back to Washington for visitation once a month. He has no current knowledge of my son's declining medical condition, and he doesn’t have the ability to care for him. <strong>If he is successful in what he is trying to do, it would be life-threatening for my son.</strong> My son has dysphasia with silent aspirations, severe GERD, lip tie, tongue tie, speech delay, eating delay, and in his last surgery, they discovered that he has SRBD, recurrent otitis media, enteritis, and MRSA. I am trying to co-parent with him, but he won’t allow me to. I have offered visitation here in Arizona, but he refuses. He has been filing motion after motion in court against me, all of which have been denied or stricken from the calendar, so I have been winning thus far, but he won’t stop. He is sending servers to my home at all hours of the night. He has tried to report my son missing so that the Seattle Police Department would issue an Amber Alert, and he tried to get a warrant out for my arrest. He has been trying everything in his power to make my life a living hell. My children and I all live in constant fear of what he is going to do next, and he has been making verbal threats that he is going to come and get our son and take him back to Washington or California. He has now hired a lawyer, and I don’t have the resources to hire one myself. This is just going from bad to worse each passing day. We are afraid to even open our own front door or leave our home. I’m working full-time to support my kids alone, but my health is declining rapidly due to the harassment that he is doing. I can’t take much more. I’ve lost 60 lbs in 6 months with no effort, just the result of what he’s putting me through. My hair is falling out, I can’t sleep, I can’t bring myself to eat, I cry constantly, and have crippling anxiety due to this whole situation. <strong>I need help from the world to make this man stop what he’s doing to my family and myself.</strong> I need help to get a lawyer; I have no other choice now that he has hired one. Please show support to my family in any way you can. <strong>My son's life is literally on the line.</strong> He needs to stay in Arizona where his medical team is and with me and my family, who have been his only caregivers his whole life. We are all he knows, and we have been keeping him alive every single day. His dad wouldn’t be able to do this, so we would literally be kissing him goodbye forever if he is successful. I can’t bury my son because the judicial system allowed him to harass and bully me into getting his way. I need the world to hear our story and help us. I can’t do this alone anymore. I have been advised by a lawyer that this will be a long and expensive journey. I need to put a lawyer on retainer, and I will need to be able to add to that trust account as this case goes on. I’m being advised that it could be upwards of 20k to make it to the end of this case if he continues to do what he’s doing. Any ongoing support would be extremely helpful because of that. Please share our story, scream it from the mountaintops!!! Please, please, please!!! Men like this need to be stopped, and we don’t deserve this. Thank you for taking the time to hear our story.
