Stand Up 4 Kids

Dear Old Town Academy Families,
At this time of the year, our school works together to do what we can to make the holidays as special as possible for the kids at the Stand Up For Kids Center.
In the past we have collected socks for the kids. Last year you brought in 1500 pairs of socks for the kids!
This is a very different year for everyone, including the kids at the Center. They don’t need socks this year. They have other needs which we would like to help them with.
The help that they are receiving from outside the Center is not what it normally is.
For that reason we want to provide as many gift cards as possible for these kids.
Instead of 1500 pairs of socks we’d like to be able to donate $1500 worth of gift cards to them!
Instead of competing against each other to provide gift cards, I’m asking us all to work together as an Osprey Team to meet our goal. Please be a part of our Osprey Giving Team!
We are asking for you to purchase gift cards to Walmart, Target, Ralphs, Vons, and any fast food restaurant.
Send them into the school before our drive ends December 17th. Make sure the dollar amount is printed on the card.
You may also donate money to this Go Fund Me page for this project.
Either way you do it, you are helping kids much less fortunate than any of us.
