Stand by with Benyam and Mary Ann

We are requesting this donation on behalf of our brother and sister Ms.Mary Ann Drequito and Mr. Benyam Tessema who have been suffering a financial hardship. They are the parents to Alex Tessema, who was born prematurely and has been enduring many weeks of Neonatal Care for the past 11 months.

 Baby Alex is currently a patient of the Stanford Children’s Hospital’s NICU he was born on 04/23/2017 and was immediately admitted to a local Hospitals NICU. He was transferred to the LPCH in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on 08/07/2017 and later transitions to the Stanford Pediatric Intensive Care unit on 12/18/2017. Baby Alex has various medically complex diagnoses that includes but is not limited to: Bronchopulmonary hypertension. He has had a complicated course of treatment undergoing many procedures and continues to be considered a medically fragile baby. Most of Mary Ann and Beyam’s time is spent at the Hospital so they could be present to participate in their son’s care and medical decision making.
