Stand by the Caffrey family

As many of you may already be aware, Joss Caffrey (Michelle and Ryan’s beautiful Mum) and her best friend were on their way to Devon for Joss’s brothers wedding on Saturday 25th November. Unfortunately when they were only 10 minutes away from arriving they were involved in a serious car crash in which Joss had to be airlifted to Plymouth hospital. Joss was quickly put in an induced coma and has suffered life threatening injuries including a brain haemorrhage, punctured lung, broken ribs, fractured neck, hip and leg.

On Wednesday morning the sedation was turned off in the hope that joss would wake out of her coma and respond, unfortunately they had no luck. Tonight her brain pressure had increased so much, there was no other choice than to put her back into sedation. This could take weeks, maybe even months and Michelle and Ryan have no intention of leaving their Mum’s side.

We can see that support from friends and family has been amazing and overwhelmed them both. We and some others feel that the most effective way to support them support Joss is to raise money to help them with the cost of hotel, food and travel during this heartbreaking time. Please do not feel like you have to donate but any donation no matter how little or large would go along way in helping this amazing family as well as the continued support that people have been showing through messages thoughts and prayers.
