Stand By Suzanne Polk & Family

On behalf of our dear friend Suzanne Polk and family we have started this campaign.  Suzanne unexpectedly lost her loving husband on Sunday, December 29th.  We have set up this fund to help her during this difficult time and made her the administrator to use the funds as needed.  We hope to alleviate some of the financial burden as she tries to move forward with the girls.  As Hannah is finishing her final semester in College in Nashville and Marie's Diabetes Type 1 medical supplies are still needed.  Any donation is greatly appreciated.
