My name is Shanlora. I am starting this GoFundMe for my son Maximus Schlosser, who was part of a terrible head-on collision that happened this last Sunday.

Max came home Tuesday afternoon after spending several days at the Seattle Children's Hospital, where he received surgery for a badly broken femur. He is doing well but has a long road of recovery ahead of him.

Max is an amazing, strong, independent young man. He has been working full-time to pay his own way and to save up for moving into his own apartment when he turns 18 in a few months.

With the extent of his injury, he will be laid up for several months and up to six months before he is fully recovered.
