Help Support Male Teofano During His Illness

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for your support for my friend Joseph and his family, who are going through an incredibly difficult time. Joseph’s father, Male Teofano, is 93 years old and currently hospitalized in Kampala, Uganda. What began as feeling unwell on Friday night quickly escalated into a critical condition by Sunday morning when he began vomiting blood. He’s now receiving treatment in the hospital, and the family is doing everything possible to care for him.

Male Teofano has always been a dedicated family man and an inspiring figure in his community. A retired engineer, he has spent his life providing for his family and being a source of kindness to those around him. Even at 93, he loves staying active—one of his favorite routines is taking his three beloved dogs for a walk every morning.

Joseph has been by his father’s side day and night, praying for his recovery. In his own words:

*"Pray for my father who is sick, I pray that you restore his health and make him healthy again. Cleanse his body, Lord. Remove all the bad cells and all that is making him sick. I pray for all the doctors treating him, that they will provide him with the best care and treatment.

It’s late over here in Uganda, and it’s 5:07 in the morning. I have been awake all night watching my dad to see if there’s any change, but he hasn’t yet improved. I’m still requesting healing prayers for my dad and also prayers for my mom, who is giving so much love and care to him."*

Joseph’s family is now facing significant financial challenges due to the mounting hospital bills and the costs of food and care. They need help to cover these expenses, ensuring that Joseph’s father gets the treatment he needs while easing the family’s financial burden.
