Stand by Jacki Clayton

Hello family and friends. As most of you have been watching through facebook my mother is in ICU at Mercy hospital in Joplin Missouri. She went to Missouri to visit my sisters Cindy and Erica that she hasnt seen in some time. She was so excited to go. When she got there she was having a wonderful time visiting the kids and grandkids. Then all of a sudden she started having alot of pain in her stomach. Long story short she ended up having a hernia so they went in to operate right away. When they started to do the procedure they found her intestine was bulging and had started to die and was leaking inside her abdomen. They opened her up and cleaned her out but she had gone into septic shock. My mom was in a coma for one week and on the ventilator for two weeks. She has a long road to recovery in front of her but thank God she is recovering. Its been three weeks now and almost all of that time in icu. My sister is a CNA in Missouri and plans on taking my mom home as soon as she is cleared, She is gonna need to take some time off work to care for my mom and get her strong so she can make the trip home. That is why my goal is$3200. That is what she would make in the two months that she might need to take off of work. So if you can help us please do. We really arent sure what the expenses are gonna be but anything including your prayers and shares will be greatly appreciated. Anything above the goal will go towards medical expenses.
