<div>Bob is well known as being a loving family man, a life-long musician, and a loyal friend. Bob has been married to Libby (Barker) for 41 years and is a great Dad and terrific Papaw. One of Bob’s musical passions is the MACC. For over 20 years Bob has been a vital part in the production of Musicians Against Childhood Cancer (MACC), a bluegrass festival in which all the proceeds went to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Through Bob’s music, work and family, he has met many compassionate people, forming many treasured bonds of friendship.

<div>On Christmas Eve 2024, Bob was diagnosed with stage IV kidney cancer that has metastasized to the brain. He finished his first round of radiation on the brain and is currently receiving immunotherapy treatment. He (the truck driver with a screwdriver, as he calls it) is unable to drive or work at this time.

<div>We are asking for your financial support which will be used for Bob’s medical bills, assistance for his daily needs, and help with future expenses. Your generosity will provide comfort and compassion, as your love and prayers will provide emotional and spiritual guidance.
