This week, my second mom shared with me that she has a very aggressive cancer that she has kept from me for months because I was pregnant and she didn’t want to take any joy from that. Unfortunately, this cancer will keep her from working most of this year. Treatment starts this month.

If you know Bev, you know she is the type of woman to give anything she can to help comfort others. From saving the hundreds of senior dogs she has, party planning for anyone in need, endlessly volunteering at dog rescues, and doing for others always. She is a giver through and through, which is why she would never ask for help for anything.
