Our family is reaching out for help in hopes that we can rally financial support for our sister Barbara.

Barbara is a 50-year-old single widowed mother of two that works extremely hard to support her family full-time despite her extreme health issues. She suffers from Lupus, clotting disorders, and severe orthopedic issues that make it very hard for her to function daily. Last week Barb acutely lost feeling in her legs and the ability to walk. After a visit to the ER, she was admitted to the hospital and was told she needed emergency spinal surgery. The surgery has been performed and was successful, but Barb now has weeks of physical therapy ahead of her in order to recover. During this time, she will be unable to work to provide for her family or keep up with rent and monthly bills. Without financial help, she will lose everything she has worked so hard to stabilize for her and her children since losing her husband, an ex-Marine, in 2020.

No one should have to worry about losing everything, including their home and feeding their family, while trying to recover.

Our goal is to raise enough to help this military family cover basic living expenses like rent and food while Barb recovers.
