My name is Antony Perkins, and I am a 64-year-old working for the St. Louis Public School system as a Family Support Specialist at Roosevelt High School.

For the past couple of years, I have been dealing with medical issues. Going back as far as 2023, I have had several syncopal episodes, which cause me to have fainting spells. I have been hospitalized several times, which resulted in me losing sick time while I'm out.

The latest episode occurred on January 2nd of this year while I was out for Christmas break. I was supposed to return to work on the 3rd of January, but I was hospitalized. Because I missed that one day, I didn't receive any pay for that period, which I appealed twice and was denied twice.

I don't make a lot of money to begin with and rely on every penny, also helping with my mom. I am currently behind in rent and also have an outstanding medical bill. If you could please make a small donation to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ❤️
