StairLift For SOREL

Sorel is  living in a two story home with her mother and little brother Xander. She does not have easy access to the second floor where all bedrooms and bathrooms are.  She is sleeping in the living room.  Her mother doesn't feel comfortable leaving her alone downstairs so she and Xander will sleep with Sorel or on the couch.  Carrying Sorel's 75 pound body has become a tremendous feat and safety issue.  They are having to do it for bathing purposes and Megan needs help when doing so as she has injured her knee.  They are in desperate need of a stairlift to get Sorel up the stairs to her bedroom and bath.  Please consider any amount of donation.  They have been working with regional center to help get some funding but the amount quoted is at $13,000 and the family needs to fund some of it on their own.  We are currently trying to raise $5000 to put towards the lift.  Any amount of donation will help.  So much gratitude for your loving support.
