Stage3 throat cancer need help

Because I have lost 45 lbs am weak& dizzy from radiation treatment and chemo have not been able to work have no income at all coming in am about to lose my truck my house and everything just need some help till I can get better and get back to work I am not one to ask for help but I don't know what else to do applied for ssdisability 4 months ago and still haven't received anything anything would be greatly appreciated I am not a lazy person by any means but I am at the point of humbling my self no other options thank you and God bless you
