The challenges facing our NHS and care sectors are well documented and unprecedented in the modern era. As a supporter of social enterprise, Stag Laser Craft is a laser design, engraving and cutting business committing 20% of our annual profits to help support local community projects. We have slowed our day to day business activities to focus on the provision of PPE equipment, specifically protective face shields, using our specialist laser machines.
There is a global shortage of PETG - the materials needed to make these shields, however we have found a supplier who can deliver what we need in the next few days and a reservation has been made to secure the materials.
The shields we produce are already approved by the NHS and are in use across a number of NHS Trusts presently.
HOW YOU CAN HELP.......
Our aim is to provide these shields to those who need them most on a cost neutral basis. If we can raise enough to buy all the material we need, Stag Laser Craft will produce and manufacture the product.
The money raised will cover the cost of the PETG sheets we require and the transportation and delivery costs.
We will work flat out to manufacture the face shields and work with procurement across NHS and Care Sectors to help meet the demand of this essential product.
