<div>Hi, I would like to build a Stadium with 144,000 seats on the grounds of Our Lady &amp; Saint John in Blackburn which was the School I got 8 O-Levels from in 1984.

<div>I would like also to build a Monorail around Blackburn &amp; Darwen with all overhead trains on the Monorail coming from around the 2 towns to the Stadium.

<div>The Monorail will be FREE and all-day tickets to the Stadium will be £5.
</div>
<div>There will also be a naming of the Stadium by voting by all in Blackburn &amp; Darwen.
</div>
<div>A model of the Stadium &amp; Monorail will be built and also there will be a toy model for people to build which will help rase funds .

<div>The Monorail &amp; Stadium will belong to everyone in Blackburn &amp; Darwen no matter what age.
