Stacey Welsh

On June 22, 2017, Stacey Welsh was T-boned by a large truck in a motor vehicle accident. She sustained multiple severe orthopaedic injuries.  As a result, she will require extensive rehabilitation and custom rennovatons to her home to accomodate basic living.  As the current day Charge nurse for the Cardiothoracic Surgery Service, she has worked at Duke University hospital for over 15 years.  Apart from her full time dedication to healthcare, Stacey is also a proud wife to Cy and a mother to her 2 young children Olivia and Owen, who she will not able to care for as a result of her injuries.   We are asking for financial contributions to sustain her family during this challening time.  Stacey's positive outlook on life and welcoming dispostion will be missed as she starts the path to her lengthy recovery. With your help, she will be able to focus on healing,  while  providing for her family
