Hi everyone,

My name is Carleigh, and I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friend, Brittany

Her and I met while working together at Cluck N Crabs, and we immediately became close. She is everything you could possibly look for in a best friend… the type of person who would drop everything and drive hours just to be by your side, or give you the shirt off her back if you needed it more.

Not only is she an incredible friend, but she is also an incredible mother. I have had the privilege of watching her raise two beautiful girls into some of the sweetest, most resilient children you could ever meet. I am so blessed to be a part of their lives and to have watched her daughters blossom through the years.

A few years ago, she made the difficult decision to move her family to North Carolina in hopes of creating a fresh start and a brighter future for her girls. Like many families, the road hasn’t always been easy, but she has continued to push forward, doing everything she can to provide a loving, stable home for her children.

Right now, Brittany and her two daughters are facing one of the most difficult chapters of their lives.

As their family navigates a crisis involving the girls’ father, she has been left carrying the emotional and financial weight of keeping everything together. While doing her best to support her children and maintain stability for them, she has fallen behind on essential expenses and is struggling to keep up.

One of Brittanys daughters is autistic and thrives on routine, consistency, and a stable home environment. More than anything, Britt is fighting to protect that stability for both of her girls during a time filled with uncertainty.

This fundraiser is being created to help her catch up on housing expenses, utilities, groceries, transportation, and other basic necessities while she works to get back on her feet.

Asking for help is not easy for her, and creating this fundraiser was not a decision made lightly. But sometimes even the strongest people need support from their community.
