Help save last thatch vestry, St Peters Buckland in the Moor

Katie Way is organising this fundraiser on behalf of THE PCC OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ASHBURTON WITH BUCKLAND-IN-THE-MOOR AND BICKINGTON.

Can you help? We are raising money in aid of ST PETERS CHURCH, BUCKLAND-IN-THE-MOOR, DARTMOOR to replace the thatch roof on our beautiful vestry which is thought to be the last one remaining in Devon. It sits across the churchyard from the main church door and is a constant gentle reminder of our collective history and the beauty of our little bit of the world. The roof has been temporarily patched but is urgently in need of re-thatching. Every donation however small will help.
