SSHS Gilmore Field, protecting our investment!

My name is Dan Farrington, president of the South Salem Saxons Baseball Foundation; we are very discouraged by what occurred last Monday, December 5th, at Gilmore Field. I've been in this community for 30 years and witnessed many Coaches, players, parents, and community members invest their time, energy, equipment, and money to help keep Gilmore Field a beautiful and maintained baseball complex used almost year-round. We are fundraising to help protect our investment that so many have poured their hearts and souls into over the years. Thank you for being so supportive! Go Saxons!

From Coach Price: “South Salem High School’s baseball complex, Gilmore Field, was severely vandalized by a couple of teenagers in a pickup truck at 5:20 pm on Monday, December 5. We hope that, through your donations, we can help renovate as many aspects of Gilmore as possible to ensure the 2023 Saxon Baseball players, and those who follow them in future years, have access to the highest quality environment possible.”
