<div>I am truly humbled by your incredible support for our crowdfunding campaign addressing the ongoing Genocide in Gaza. Your support is a beacon of hope in these challenging times, and it's heartening to know that there are individuals like you committed to making a difference.

<div>In light of the overwhelming response and the growing needs, we have decided to increase the campaign goal to €80,000 and we will explain you why.

<div>Indeed, after having built a shelter for almost 100 musicians and their family members in Rafah, having organized cultural activities for children, now we would like to help around 10 Gazan artists come to France for one year, with their families, in order for them to pursue their art. And this will be done through a program called “PAUSE”.
</div>

</div>
<div>PAUSE programme supports scientists and artists in exile by facilitating their hosting in higher education and research institutions or cultural institutions. It protects and hosts scientists and artists who are prevented from pursuing their activities in their country of origin. It hosts them for sufficiently long periods to enable them to integrate, pursue their research and provide security for their families.

<div>So the program will enable those artists to spend one year in France, focusing on their music creativity and work, in partnership with several musical and cultural institutions there; in parallel, they will be granted honourable living conditions, as well as their nuclear family during this period.
</div>
<div>This program will enable those musicians to get a “talent visa” in France in order to avoid applying for asylum, status that implies an impossibility to return home, which most artists refuse.

<div>PAUSE programme will cover part of the costs linked to the artists and their family; Al Kamandjâti Association will cover another part; and we still need to find the last part. This is why we still need your help in order to complete their scholarships and enable them to have a decent standard of living. And that is why we are calling on you!

Il les accueille pour des périodes suffisamment longues afin de leur permettre de s'intégrer, de poursuivre leurs recherches et d'assurer la sécurité de leurs familles.

<div>Ainsi, le programme permettra à ces artistes de passer un an en France, se concentrant sur leur créativité musicale et leur travail, en partenariat avec plusieurs institutions musicales et culturelles sur place ; parallèlement, ils bénéficieront de conditions de vie honorables, ainsi que leurs familles nucléaires pendant cette période. Ce programme permettra à ces musiciens d'obtenir un « visa talent » en France, leur évitant ainsi de demander l'asile, statut qui impliquerait une impossibilité de retour au pays, ce que la plupart des artistes refusent.
