Hi my name is Tonya. I’m Lee mama. He is my 21 year old autistic son. He has been this way since he was born. He was put on social security d as once he was 4. When he turned 18 they started saying we taking his check. I have fought them for almost 4 years. They decided in October that he won’t get it any more till the group in Baltimore decides whether he gets it back or not. His dr evaluated him and game me legal guardianship over him. I was told they can take up to a year to decide. Said he can’t live alone or make any financial or medical decisions. His mind never reached the mind of an adult man. It’s still a child like mind. But the judge says nothing wrong with him. If you don’t have a medical degree how can you make that decision. Well you can’t. Do they took his check and his insurance. He sees three different doctors and takes 5 medication daily. One of his Cody $316 by itself. I’m on disability myself and we can’t afford much of nothing. Well I’m here hoping my friends and family will pinch in. You know Christmas is in 21 days. He writes a letter to Santa every year. He brings me the letter and all I can do is cry. Im asking for help please with anything you can do please. It takes about 700 a month for dr visits and prescriptions
