The Tremblay family is a big, happy, loving, and giving family. Parents Matthew and Rachael are very active in their community, including both of them volunteering with their local Fire Department as firefighters and EMTs. Matthew has a full time job, while Rachael stays home and teaches four of their five children. Their second oldest son was diagnosed with autism, and he attends Summit. Matthew and Rachael provide a wonderful, full life for their children, and the family as a whole brings joy to many around them.
What they are currently facing:
Matthew was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Esophageal Cancer, and he has a 10cm (4 inch) tumor in his esophagus. This is Matthew's second battle with cancer. Matthew has begun treatment, and will continue with Chemo and Radiation therapy through January 2020, at which time his doctors plan to operate to remove as much of the tumor as possible.
Matthew will continue to work as much as he can, but the road in front of him is a rough one. He will be out of work for quite some time, which means the family will have no income. Not only do they have day-to-day expenses, they also have a high-deductible insurance plan that they have barely scratched the surface on.
What You Can Do:
We are accepting donations on behalf of the Tremblay Family- any amount, big or small, will help. Please consider donating and/or sharing this campaign so we can help out the family who helps anyone who needs it, without a second thought.
