Help Achieve Diplomacy

There have been some recent developments in this story, and even though there has been limited traffic, thought I'd provide an update on this page.   Thankfully, the Delaware Court of Chancery, in February 2020, awarded summary judgment against Kroenke Sports and Outdoor Channel for "advancement" of defense expenses.  Maybe that will help advance diplomacy.  On the other side, a garnishment action was enforced against me in January/February 2020 (for court costs, of a matter still on appeal).  I have requested pro bono counsel from the 5th circuit court of appeals. 

Your donations send a message that a contract is a contract (even if it does not favor a corporation), and that litigation should be a last resort.   

I signed an exclusive term sheet to acquire the Skycam and Cablecam business over 7 years ago.   As of the date of this update, March 16, 2020, I'm without offensive counsel, although thankfully my defense expenses now have a funding mechanism.

The offensive case was dismissed for the third time, weeks before an April 2019 jury trial.  I've given notice of appeal to the 5th Circuit.  Kroenke Sports and Outdoor Channel (two of the Defendants) have pursued actions against me.
