<div>Survivors of sexual violence are far more likely to struggle with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and self-harm.
</div>
<div>Did you know that, 1 in 4 women and 1 in 20 men in the UK experience sexual assault during their lifetime. Around 70% of sexual assault survivors report symptoms of PTSD.  Sexual violence survivors are 4 times more likely to attempt suicide.

<div>These aren’t just numbers. They represent people—many of whom feel completely alone. SARAC changes that. Their support gives people the tools to cope, to recover, and, eventually, to reclaim their lives.

<div>This work relies on funding. SARAC are a small, independent charity, and they rely on donations to keep going.
