My name is Aiden and I am 17 years old. I'm raising money in aid of Friends and Families of Special Children and every donation will help.

Friends and Family provide guidance, support and activities to families who have children that experience all forms of disabilities, additional needs and difficulties.

Friends and Families is special to me because my family and I have benefited a lot from their support. I have ADHD and this meant that when I was younger I was very hyper active! Mum & dad would often have to keep watch over me all the time & this was tiring for them!

Friends and Family have provided me and my brother the opportunity to go on trips such as go karting, laser tag & water sports at Mount Batten. This meant that mum & dad could have a little bit of a respite from me running around and making lots of noise! It also meant that they could also go to work when I was attending groups as well as having some time to themselves.

I will be completing a sponsored ski event on 02/02/2025 where I plan to ski for 8 hours continuously. This will include completing slalom runs, timed runs as well as friendly competition with other skiers.

I hope that you will kindly help me raise money to enable them to support more families like mine where they can provide children and other young people to experience opportunities like I have and for their family to receive support.
